Domestic: We ship nationwide across Australia.

International: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Standard Shipping: $14.95, 5-7 business days.

Express Shipping: $18.95

Free Standard Shipping is available for orders above $199

Free Express Shipping is available for orders above $250

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed after 2 PM AEST will be processed the following business day.

Product Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility: Returns of physical products (e.g., first aid kits) must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Condition: Products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Faulty items: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement, store credit or full refund of the product will be issued.

Exchanges

Eligibility: Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase for change of mind. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
