Late Arrival, No-Show, and Short-Notice Cancellation Policy
Late Arrival
While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause delays, we regret to inform participants that late arrivals cannot be accommodated. This is due to the accredited nature of our courses, which require strict adherence to guidelines set forth by governing bodies such as the ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) and our Partner Registered Training Organisation (RTO) #90909.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late to the course will result in non-admittance, and participants will be considered a no-show, incurring the full cost of the course fee. This policy ensures that we maintain the integrity and compliance of our accredited courses.
No-Show
Failure to attend the course without prior notification will result in the participant being charged the full cost of the course fee.
Short-Notice Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course commencement time will also result in the participant being charged the full cost of the course fee.
To avoid these charges, please ensure you arrive on time and provide at least 48 hours notice if you cannot attend the course for any reason.
Organisational Responsibility for No-Show/Late Staff Members
Organisations that enrol their staff members in our courses are financially responsible for any no-shows or late arrivals. If a staff member fails to attend the course without prior notification or arrives more than 10 minutes late, the organisation will be charged the full cost of the course fee and any subsequent rebooking fees.
Organisations are encouraged to communicate this policy to their staff members prior to enrolment to avoid any unexpected charges.
Rebooking Fees
Cancelling or postponing a course more than three times, even with more than 48 hours notice, may incur an administration fee for further re-bookings.
Assessment
Assessments are conducted in accordance with ASQA and RTO guidelines. Participants must successfully complete 2 minutes of floor-based CPR and first aid scenarios and any multiple-choice assessments.
